	Biography: Ms. Kourland has focused her practice solely in the area of bankruptcy and bankruptcy litigation. At Rosen & Associates, she represents chapter 11 debtors, distressed companies, banks and other secured creditors, unsecured creditors and vendors, and other parties in interest. Ms Kourland has represented Revco, Hillsborough Holdings Corp./ Jim Walter Industries, Inc., Coated Sales, LTV, and Johns-Manville in their chapter 11 cases, as well as other large corporations in their out-of-court workouts.
